  • Email marketing, content marketing, analysis, optimization, project management, brand development and more. I’m a digital Swiss army knife for a small company that is growing fast and pivoting monthly. Notable success: I doubled the CTR of a weekly email in 4 months.

  • Developed web marketing strategies and optimization tests for Fortune 500 clients leading to big gains for my clients. Example: increased revenue by $500,000 in Q3 2014 for an electronics manufacturer doing conversion optimization on their shopping funnel.

  • Owner of site surveys. Including site wide ongoing surveys to measure customer satisfaction and targeted campaign and product oriented surveys. Analyzed results and made recommendations.
  • Worked with CRM manager on increasing customer relationships by adding value with email registration for Black Friday deals, new product releases and other industry events.
  • Analyzed 3rd party site customer reactions. Worked with Best Buy, CNET and Wal-Mart forum moderators to identify customer issues and suggest reactions and service policies.

Senior Producer Internet Marketing Time Warner /  Bertelsmann May 2000 to Sept 2007

  • Leader of ATG Dynamo team. Produced over 1400 web promotions a year across 35 e-commerce sites with multiple customer segments. Created multivariate marketing tests for web content and offers. Developed marketing solutions for tracking user activity, buying habits and more.
  • Owner of analytics package Omniture. Responsible for training, report generation and development.
  • Creator of targeted email campaigns using custom SQL queries to identify customer buying habits and trends from the live web database. My most successful saw an 1000% increase in revenue over our traditional non-targeted emails.
  • Project manager. Represented my department on the two largest projects in company history. These multimillion dollar and multi-year projects required specification writing, project management using MS Project, interaction and cooperation with developers.
  • Quality Assurance manager. Created and maintained a system for a dozen junior staff to QA the key functionality of 35 e-commerce sites.
  • Search engine optimization lead. Leader of the team that consulted with vendors and IT on SEO for 35 e-commerce sites with dynamically generated content.
  • Leader of the production team. My team created the content, coding, product data, graphics and flash features for 6 e-commerce sites on a set production schedule.

Independent Developer Sept 1998 to May 2000

  • Web developer. Developed web sites for small companies such as and Created HTML, Javascript, graphics using Photoshop, layout and design.
  • Database developer. Arranged, sorted and categorized data taken from the web by a spider for a client in the bicycle industry.
  • Web developer. Developed a FAQ and troubleshooting intranet site for US Bankcorp for use by their in house tech team.

Advertising coordinator / Independent developer Edison Schools March 1999 to Sept 1999

  • Web developer. Repaired and built web interface for a FileMaker Pro database that tracked crucial company assets.
  • Advertising coordinator. Oversaw the production of advertising campaigns for newspaper, radio and television from writing the copy to purchasing the air time.
